About Our Client
The company is a well-funded, east coast based start-up, international consumer products company with a breakthrough technology for the beverage industry. They are transforming how premium drinks are served and sold with their patented technology. In 2013, they launched in the US consumer and commercial markets and sales have been well beyond initial expectations. The products are sold directly via its website as well as to commercial customers (high end retailers, distributors, restaurants,) via its field/HQ sales force. In early 2015, this business began pursuing further expansion in the US through high end retailers and department stores and will continue to develop and explore. They have a great internal team that are proactive and collaborative. Although it is a remote sales role, they communicate on the regular basis to maintain a strong internal network.
* Provide sales support and implementation within the Western Region of the US. * Manage relationships with retail stores for new and existing accounts and have prior outside, business to business sales experience. * Work with the team to optimize the use and visibility within the market by effectively merchandising products in stores using POS materials and employing a strong demonstration program to support sales. * Support sales with our business partners throughout the territory and travel within the region on a weekly basis. The Successful Applicant
4 to 15 years of CPG product sales experience in the San Francisco bay area. Connections with local retailer chains and consumer lifestyle specialty stores. Proactive and go-getter personality
