About Our Client
Located in NYC and includes hosting performing arts organizations as well an institution for extraordinary arts and education.
-Maintain COO's schedule and calendar while prioritizing events
-Coordinating internal and external meetings
-Preserving relationships with center's staff members
-Partnering on special projects, including events
-Line of communication for internal and external requests
-Phone coverage, handling emails, preparing meetings and agendas
The Successful Applicant
-Temp to Perm
-5-7 years of administrative experience
-Interpersonal and written communication skills
-Strong customer service background
-Able to work in a fast paced environment
-Proficient in Work, Excel, PowerPoint
-Interest in performing arts or arts admin
-Bachelors Degree or equivalent
