Job Description

Assistant Project Manager Job Description:

  • Perform a variety of routine assignments involved with the coordination of various engineering, construction, purchasing, and scheduling aspects of the project
  • This is a client facing role and the communication skills needed to report status both written and verbally is required
  • Perform Change Management daily as each new project site brings new challenges
  • Write daily reports, ensure strict safety standards, monitor and enforce all environmental impact, and ensure quality of work

The Successful Applicant

Assistant Project Manager Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
  • At least 2 years experience within commercial construction
  • Strong communication skills
  • Forward thinker
  • Team player
