Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager's duties will consist of:

  • Help establish project objectives and goals
  • Scheduling
  • Arranges and attends project meetings
  • Assists Superintendent to monitor construction progress
  • Manage change orders
  • Manage suppliers and subcontracotrs
  • Perform safety inspections

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Related Field
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Ability to absorb information quickly
