About Our Client

Local, emerging brewery in Boston, MA. Produces Beer and Cider.

Job Description

  • 80% focus on Account management including Regional Sports Stadia Accounts
  • 10% focus on Key Distributor Upper Management
  • 10% focus on product development
  • Maintain a key account list and develop personal relationships with key buyers/owners and managers
  • Work with local distributors and suppliers to sell brand to retailers
  • Propose and conduct on/off premise promotional events
  • Conduct beer tastings and beer dinners for consumers/trade
  • Review monthly account performance
  • Identify market trends and opportunities and propose action plans to supervisor
  • Manage individual quota for depletions, placements and qualitative efforts

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree essential
  • Must have proven track record in developing new business, managing existing accounts, calling and maintaining business relationships
  • Must have exceptional closing skills, strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
  • Passion and knowledge of the Beer Industry a must
  • Strong computer skills are a MUST (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
