Job Description

  • Responsible for the entire recruiting function from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Maintain the Oracle HRMS system for North Cone Latin America.
  • Maintain and update the Guidelines for Excellence Intranet throughout the year.
  • Facilitate training programs (includes creating content and conducting sessions)
  • Handle all employee relations (coaching, counseling, discipline).

The Successful Applicant

  • B.S. in Human Resources or general business required.
  • PHR preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish & English.
  • Minimum 3 years' HR experience.
  • HRIS experience required. Oracle preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Travel to Mexico and Columbia 2 times per year.
