Job Description

  • Generate monthly billing, collect payment for services, and create monthly financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in various databases and prepare product and service reports.
  • Provide fiscal support of grant accounting and compliance functions.
  • Analyze revenue and expenditure reports.
  • Maintain thorough follow up with customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in billing, customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented and results focused.
