Job Description

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Perform collection calls and correspondence on a weekly basis
  • Monitor and maintain allocated accounts; customer calls, account adjustments and customer reconciliations
  • Assist with billing department - reconciliations, follow up on accounts, handle queries

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of bill coding for home-healthcare
  • Experience with CMS 1500 and HCFA forms for billing
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills
