About Our Client

Our client is a large Healthcare Organization with multiple programs supporting the Greater New York City area

Job Description

  • Manage accounts payable / receivable
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, prepare monthly reports and journal entries
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Assist with payroll (biweekly)
  • Weekly expense reimbursements
  • Assist with audit when requested
  • Assist with ad hoc finance responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • MS Excel background (pivot tables and v-lookups)
  • 2+ years experience in Healthcare Industry
  • 3+ years with full cycle accounting experience
