About Our Client
Michael Page is a leading global recruitment firm specializing in Accounting and Finance recruitment in the Greater Philadelphia market.
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Process accounts payable; prepare checks for signature on weekly basis.
- Coordinate and report monthly financial performance.
- Collect and review credit card logs for management approval.
- Process accounts receivable; prepare and make bank deposits in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- High school or equivalent.
- 2-5 years related experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills, Great Plains preferred.
