Oversee all of administrative and operational activities of office

  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Data entry
  • Preparing budgets
  • Reporting the annual audit
  • Grant Reporting
  • Office management
  • Support staff & volunteers
  • Filing
  • Special event support
  • Tracking donations
  • Purchase of office supplies

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have experience working with finance and grants management, specifically within Non-Profit
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Strong team player and ability to work well with others
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Schedule flexibility to assist with special events and fund-raising
