About Our Client

Our client is a $700M brand globally nearing $100M in U.S. sales. They are currently expanding their marketing team and looking for a brand manager to work under one of their four largest brands.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and establish short, medium & long term full potential of the brands in the US.
  2. Create marketing and innovation strategies to strongly develop the brands based on consumer research and market trends.
  3. Develop the communication strategy for the brand and lead the communication projects (Advertise & Digital Mkt)
  4. Coordinate brand strategies between corporate Head Office and the USA operations.
  5. Recommends product/brand innovation, positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share and company profit ability.
  6. Analyze syndicated and other data and provide actionable recommendations to Director and other company executives.

The Successful Applicant

Experience:

  • 3-5 years as Brand Manager/Associate Brand Manager in a CPG company
  • B2C knowledge and experience
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Mega Brand experience is a plus
