About Our Client

Our client is a leading humanitarian organization centrally located in Manhattan.

Job Description

  • Prepare and review reports detailing actual and projected revenue and expenditures to date
  • Exchange information using tact and persuasion as appropriate, requiring excellent oral and written communications
  • Enter and manage budget data to ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in the management of restitution grants throughout the entire grant cycle
  • Conduct ongoing and annual reconciliations on grant reporting, expenditures and reimbursements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors' degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to understand budget data in a global context
