Job Description

The Business Development Associate will:

  • Coordinate client meetings and follow up for feedback
  • Search for candidates using leads and online networks
  • Identify top talent and conduct phone screens and interviews to push forward the best of the best
  • Summarize and share top candidates and their experience
  • Generate excitement regarding the jobs you are recruiting for
  • Develop new and existing clients for future placements
  • Business development through warm calls, email marketing, networking events
  • Develop creative marketing documents and strategies

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Business Development Associate must have:

  • Ability to set goals and self-evaluate
  • Knowledge of inner workings of supply chain and procurement
  • Knowledge of HR practices
  • Affinity for constant interpersonal communication
  • Ability to read between the lines and locate passionate individuals with potential
  • Excellent, professional, and persuasive communication
  • Understanding of personal branding
  • Competitive spirit
  • Bachelor's Degree, strongly preferred
