Job Description

A Business Development Consultant will:

  • New business prospecting
  • Cold calling, warm calling, face to face meetings
  • Negotiating rates of business with clients
  • Headhunting candidates, advertising vacancies and interviewing applicants
  • Talking the talk! You'll be making 80+ outbound calls a day
  • Build lasting, mutual benefiting relationships with clients & candidates
  • Oversee the interview process
  • Offer and close the candidate on behalf of your client!

The Successful Applicant

A Business Development Consultant will have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing or relevant field
  • 1+ years experience in a B2B/B2C sales environment
  • Former/Current team sports athletes highly preferred
  • Desire to build a long term career and eventually lead teams
