Job Description

On any given day, the Business Development Consultant can expect to be working with C-level executives, meeting with new clients, developing new market strategy, meeting with top level candidates, and much more. While the selected candidate will begin with substantial support from management and a strong foundation, the Business Development Consultant will be responsible for developing their own book of business.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidate background:

  • Bachelor degree in business, management, or related degree
  • 1-3 years of successful sales experience
  • Extroverted
  • Quick-witted
  • Proven critical thinking skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Lives near Downtown Chicago (or desires to)
  • Confidence in negotiation-related environments
