About Our Client
As a business we seldom recruit for executive roles externally and because of this, we are looking to add leaders to our team. We set extremely clear, black and white goals coupled with world recognized sales training to ensure success. We also have a very low staff turnover rate due to cautious hiring and the high level of investment that we give our people both with time and financially.

We work on a high volume of retained searches, average terms at well above industry average and offer a strategic and personable approach to hiring; very client facing!

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 1 year sales or recruitment experience
- Preferably some 360 recruitment experience
- Highly driven, competitive, money motivated, entrepreneurial
- Must be a team player
