Michael Page Chicago is coming off of a record breaking quarter - smashing billing goals and being the #1 office across all of North America. Our Chicago office is located right in the heart of the loop and is looking to grow even more with the correlation of the success we've seen thus far.
As a Business Development Representative you will be in charge of running a full cycle recruitment desk and be responsible for driving your own book of business as well as contribute to the success of your teammates business as well.
Business Development Representatives are the leading drive to our business and are required to meet/exceed the weekly goals and KPIs given to them.
Main repsonsibilties include:
-Cold calling/head hunting passive candidates
-Calling clients to gain leads and new jobs to work on
-Posting job advertisements
-Sourcing candidates through job posts, job boards, LinkedIn, referralsl, etc.
-Working closeley with teammates to cross sell candidates and clients
-Testimonial calls on candidates
-Lead/ad chasing to gain more jobs to work on
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Business Development Representative role will have a Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years experience in sales and/or recruitment as well as having the following characteristics:
- Team player
- Ability to act quickly under pressure
