Job Description

The firm seeking two sales, business development professions with a background in finance services / commodities. The ideal Sales Trader is ambitious and decisive. You will be working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The team is comprised of experienced industry professionals with a unique set of skills. Rigorous in-house training brings new hires up to speed and focuses on personal growth and setting individual goals that are used as a benchmark for personal trajectory.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience 1-5 years in a Sales, Sales-Trading or brokerage / account management role
  • Specific experience in the renewable and/or sustainable energy sector is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong numerical skills
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and not afraid to fail and try again
  • Taking initiative, a commercial and creative mind with an entrepreneurial attitude. The position will require active business development (cold calls)
  • English native speaker, fluency in another language is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Economics or Finance
