About Our Client
Michael Page Chicago is coming off of a record breaking quarter. We've done so much business in the past year alone that we have already hired 10 people to our team! We want to continue to grow and thrive to be the best office in the business (which we were in quarter 1). This position is a full cycle recruitment job, focusing on both candidate and client generation.
Our office has an exciting atmosphere with an open atmosphere - with lots of energy and fun incentives such as office happy hour, beach volleyball, and all expenses paid vacations for the top billers.
In your role you will be in charge of your own book of business which can include the following:
- Cold calling
- Client visits
- Interviewing candidates
- Reviewing resumes and posting job advertisements
- Candidate interview prep/debrief
- Sending candidates to client interviews
- Hitting weekly KPI goals
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 1-2+ years experience in Sales or recruitment or a related/similar field.
