Job Description

  • Candidate generation through different outlets
  • Headhunting: reaching out to suitable candidates that may already be in work
  • Sourcing candidates through company database
  • Visiting clients to build and maintain relationships
  • Meeting with candidates to build and maintain relationships
  • Supplying candidates to clients that are suitable for open vacancies
  • Business development to create and maintain relationships with new clients
  • Multi tasking in a high energy and fast paced environment

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in a recruitment, sales or business development role
  • Ability to multi task and time fanage in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
