Job Description

  • Strategic vision for the brand, including resource alignment, organizational structure, and long term growth
  • Lead brand analysis including competitive bench-marking, clear understanding of the voice of the customer, and market trends

  • Lead creativity by establishing an innovative environment, including idea generation and funnel management
  • Oversee SIOP process; financial forecasts, establish sales forecast, inventory planning and production schedules are signed to set benchmarks

  • Lead the team in the development of go-to-market strategies that maximize the company and product launch effectiveness.

  • Oversee the product development vision and strategy; including branding, customer experience, retail environment, product offerings and manufacturing execution.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to hold team accountable to expectations and performance metrics

  • Responsible for analysis and planning on how the brand is positioned in the industry and maintaining a desired reputation for the brand, including the design/style, pricing, products and packaging; establish an emotional connection to the brand from our targeted end users and fulfill customer expectations and consistent customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • 10+ years business experience, including P&L accountability and a track record of business growth

  • 5+ years management experience required
  • Experience driving results through a diverse mix of channels including: dealers and distributors, traditional retail, and e-commerce
  • Experience with consumer durable goods and branded products preferred
  • Strong track record of achieving results in a variety of business environments (industries and channels)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leveraging multiple communication channels to influence others
