Main Duties



Business Impact

  • Develop and cultivate excellent working relationships with major stakeholders to build in-depth understanding of business drivers to enable Resourcing to drive talent value.
  • Act as a single point of contact from the Resourcing team for relevant Business Area Executives, HRBPs and escalation point for hiring managers.
  • Ensure recruitment services provided to business area complies with the internal operating levels between Resourcing and Business areas.
  • Build relationships and work in partnership with wider HR teams (Reward, Talent and Learning) to enhance Human capital development experience.
  • Maintain relationship with senior candidates to build competitor insight and secure referrals.







Operational Excellence

  • Consult with the business to create targeted attraction strategies for relevant business area based on the business drivers/strategy, research and analysis.
  • Ensure we have the right suppliers on the right commercial terms working in partnership to deliver the right talent.
  • Champion equality and diversity; develop strategy and tactics to establish Bank as an employer of choice.
  • Work in conjunction with direct reports to create, manage and maintain Resourcing campaigns for all roles within business area.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the market drivers for the relevant business area.
  • Work closely with HRBPs and Business Area hiring managers/executives to provide Resourcing expertise on strategic projects.
  • Working with the HRBPs/business to influence/advise on equality and diversity tactics to establish Bank as an employer of choice.

The Successful Applicant

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4-year College Degree.
  • 5+years of overall recruitment experience
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in financial services.





Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain and influence.
  • Experience with Taleo a plus.
  • Fully PC literate, including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Understanding industry standards around best practise recruitment, including the delivery of creative and innovative Resourcing campaigns.
