Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced candidate for the Client On-Boarding Operations Analyst position. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to bring in their Client On-Boarding knowledge to an upcoming new office. This opportunity will work closely with local branches in on-boarding newly recruited Financial Advisors and providing them with on-site coverage support. Key Responsibilities will include: * Execution of Client On-Boarding support strategies * Daily tracking of newly recruited financial advisor's clients * Operate Pitney Bowes Mail Machine as needed * Assisting in the execution of TMS CM support strategies

The Successful Applicant

Our client is seeking an Experienced Client On-Boarding Operations Analyst with the following background: * 2-5 years experience in client on-boarding * Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize appropriately * Superior Organizational skills * Strong Quantitative skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
