About Our Client

Our client is a growing international food company based in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Job Description

-Reporting directly to the Director of Operations

- Coordinating, scheduling and managing packing operations

- Developing business and negotiating new partnerships with co-packers Sourcing and buying new co-packing solutions

- Checking that logistic, quality and production processes are set-up on-site within specifications

- Preparing Production Briefs and Debriefs regarding target goals and productivity analysis

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with management and staff at each facility

- Exercising good judgment in problem solving and quality assurance

- Reviewing facility 3rd Party Audit Reports and excellent understanding of HACCP, GMP, SQF and BRC

- Implementing root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Min 3 years' experience in Co-Packing and Industrial Solutions Management

- Min 3 years' experience in sourcing 3rd Party Facilities, developing business and buying Co-Packing Solutions

- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a sincere team spirit

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong relationship building, communication, time management and problem solving skills

- Good working knowledge of web-based applications, database and Microsoft Office programs
