The client is a prestigious French investment bank located in Manhattan, New York.

Job Description

The Compliance Risk Assessment Consultant's responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and advice on any personal or professional conflicts of interest, personal account dealing, outside business activities, gifts and entertainment cases and political contributions.
  • Assisting in coordinating regulatory and other internal and external audits, exams, inquiries or assessments as needed.
  • Supporting the regulatory registration processes for the Broker dealer and Swap dealer, as necessary.
  • Creating, enhancing and updating Compliance related policies and procedures as needed
  • Assisting in the Complaints management
  • Assisting in the development of training materials and roll-out of training courses across all businesses, including the administration of such trainings.

The Successful Applicant

The Compliance Risk Assessment Consultant must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in Risk Assessment Compliance
  • Ability to identify gaps in regards to risk assessment
  • Strong knowledge of Broker Dealer risk
  • Strong written and communications skills
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team setting
