The business currently has a requirement for an experienced Timekeeper for one of their largest projects, which is underway in Freeport.

Job Description

The project you will be engaged on is currently around $100m with expectations that it will double in size. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Set up and orientation of all new employee hires
  • Paperwork for all employee termination or changes
  • Input of over 200 employee hours, recording daily and weekly contributions
  • Responding to time corrections for employees and issuing manual checks
  • Distribution of checks to crews
  • Liaising with payroll on a weekly basis
  • Submitting equipment and material files for billing
  • Maintaining an equipment mileage report
  • Assisting the Project Managers with issuing reminders about review meetings

The Successful Applicant

Candidates applying for this role must have at least 2 years experience in a timekeeping role within Construction.

Owing to the nature of the role, you must have be highly organized and have an excellent eye for detail, including identifying inconsistencies.
