About Our Client

Market-leading Property and Casualty Insurance company

Job Description

  • Manage contract administration process including: drafting, reviewing, finalizing, negotiating, and logging all contracts into the Contract Management Database (Ariba)
  • Consult, as necessary, with the Manager of Contracts Administration and Corporate Counsel on all legal matters
  • Aid with the RFP process, including RFP terms & conditions amendments and modifications
  • Review and edit a wide range of contracts submitted by business units, including, but not limited to: hotel/event agreements, consulting agreements, software licensing, and service agreements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ year's experience in contracts administration, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Knowledge of/experience working with the Ariba Contract Management system preferred
  • Contract Management Database experience required
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills
