Job Description

    • Support variance explanations to corporate for 10Q/10K and call reports
    • Provide CCAR Stress Test forecasted business results to as part of the bank's annual regulatory requirement and ensure that process and methodology documentation is in compliance with FP&A Stress Test Forecasting Standards
    • Support financial reporting and ancilliary schedules for the quarterly board meeting
    • Risk appetite board meeting presenter/liaison and Legal Entity Contact
  • Provide all financial projections and analysis as requested by senior management for their use in management of the firm

  • Preparation of financial materials for periodic Management Committee meetings
  • Manage and develop the accounting department of 7 team members
  • Manage internal process with deal teams for invoicing clients and handle external interaction with clients, as necessary
  • Manage reimbursable expense process, keeping up to date with billing, contact with clients and senior managers to insure timely and complete reimbursement to extent possible
  • Analysis of expenses and periodic review to increase efficiency and reduce cost
  • Manage state business and property tax filings where applicable
  • Preparation of monthly cross sell credit to affiliates with assistance in referrals for closed transactions
  • Support regulatory audits in compliance with federal bank and securities regulations.
  • Support and coordinate periodic internal audit reviews
  • Maintain SOX controls to mitigate risk on significant processes. Ensure that controls are designed and operating effectively.
  • Monthly/quarterly assertions, certifications, account reconciliations for the company financials

The Successful Applicant

  • Must be an organized and methodical individual who has strong financial analysis and accounting skills and the ability to think through ramifications of changes in business and add value to analysis
  • Experience with overseas operations desirable
  • Some travel required
  • BS Accounting
  • MBA/CPA a plus
  • Familiarity with Oracle accounting system
  • Strong excel skills
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience including 6+ years management experience
