Job Description


The Senior Analyst will be spending most of his/her time working within an operational capacity. The analyst will have the opportunity to learn and develop the following skills:

  • Conducting in-depth industry and market research as the company continuously assesses its competitive position
  • Assisting with the production of creative and impactful marketing materials to help accelerate growth
  • Creating and maintaining proprietary databases that the company will utilize for lead generation and sales efforts
  • Preparing critical update materials for the Board of Directors and investors
  • Overseeing the analysis on the financial and operational metrics, that will assist C-level executives in making business decisions
  • Constructing financial models to help guide strategic decision making

The Successful Applicant


  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in Investment Banking, Accounting (Transaction Advisory) or comparable field of employment
  • Highly motivated with a strong interest in finance and accounting
  • Comfortable with the use of analytics to support decision making
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive and willing to take on responsibility
  • Detail oriented with a high standard of quality; results driven
  • A team player with ability to listen interactively; respectful of others and tolerant
  • Ability to work and deliver in an independent work environment
  • Knowledge of computer programming (e.g. VBA) is an asset
  • Knowledge and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, database management and the internet
