About Our Client

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for driving global online sales via the owned digital marketing channels by optimizing targeting, segmentation and customer contact strategy of marketing communication. The ideal candidate will communicate and work effectively across internal and external teams. The candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, capable of dealing with ambiguity, and comfortable working with teams, vendors, and management.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing teams to plan and define marketing calendar communications, optimizing email event cadence to support business priorities/sales plan while managing for customer attrition.
  • Partner with the Director to establish and align a CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, increase engagement and purchase frequency, and drive brand loyalty. Analyze and develop next purchase recommendations based on customer segments
  • Oversee daily email operations and strategy, coordinate with creative to ensure that emails are designed per the requirements & completed on time.
  • Partner with retailers, Online and Digital teams to align on strategic recommendations and to drive multi-channel approach through segmentation and testing and learn
  • Manage online A/B testing roadmap and analyze results to drive site optimizations.
  • Evaluate performance of email and direct mail campaigns and build out segmentation strategies and targeted re-marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with IT and key third parties to determine customer data needs, assess technology, and develop business requirements to build a CRM function
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment leveraging strong project management skills.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and instruction
  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing analytics experience; retail marketing, omni-channel, or relevant direct marketing experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of HTML, Unica, Excel, Tableau/Spotfire, and SQL
  • Knowledge of email, Internet and direct marketing methods.
