About Our Client
Our client creates and manages a global network of collaborative industry communities, allowing trading partners to share high quality, structured, real-time data. Using cloud-based technology, we act as an independent partner providing validated data and insightful analytics to enable buyers to manage risk, and suppliers to increase market reach in their sector.
* Making outgoing calls on a daily basis and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion. * Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure. * Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at differing industry sectors * Hitting average daily KPIs (both in terms of calls and minutes) * Achieving monthly revenue targets * Attending monthly team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions etc… relating to the running of the sales team. * Attend morning huddles at 7:45am to review previous day and to set daily objectives * To carry out any additional duties as requested. * To work within a framework of corporate standards and policies.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience is not essential but experience of telephone sales or customer service environment is desirable * A working knowledge of MSOffice, Outlook, and Excel. * Working knowledge of CRM * Accuracy and close attention to detail. * Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning. * Logical thought. * Good listening skills. * Confident and pleasant manner. * Flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines. * Experience of working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. * Spanish languages knowledge a plus.
