About Our Client

Our client is an International Men's and Women's Clothing and Active Wear Fashion Brand.

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining point of sales system JOOR (creating new line sheets, update with UPC's etc). Ensuring all pending orders are successfully imported into Navision system, sent to our Factor for credit approval, processed and released for shipment.
  • Assisting in managing shipments and ensuring orders are shipped within the 48 hour window or before the cancel date.
  • Ensuring all customer service inquiries and concerns for wholesale and ECOM are resolved and handled appropriately.
  • Adding new accounts and modifications to accounts in Nav System. Making sure all contact information is up to date.
  • Organizing and managing orders with embroidery requests ensuring orders a set to ship to Vantage in a timely fashion and completed work orders are submitted to Vantage representative.
  • Processing all pre-book orders from JOOR into Nav System before Deadline.
  • Processing for Key accounts including Amazon/MyHabit/Gilt
  • Helping the sales directors with creating new "line sheets" for Amazon vendor central for every new season

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate:

  • BS or BA degree
  • 3-5 experience working in a customer service position in any industry
  • Experience working with EDI
  • Results-oriented, structured, and organized individual
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Hands on, constructive individual who will play an active role in changing and improving processes
  • Individual who will be excited about the brand (would love to wear it) and will help build an entrepreneurial, fun culture!
