Job Description

  • Place and manage orders in company ERP system
  • Track orders to warehouse and ensure proper timing
  • Communicate order delays and issues to retailers
  • Oversee EDI setup
  • Manage Customer Service team

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Goal-oriented mentality
  • Understanding of EDI order management
