Our client is an international electrical component manufacturer based in France, with a subsidiary office located in Boston, Massachusetts. This company is always on the cutting-edge of technology, investing over 10% of their sales into R&D. Their product lines include load break switches, transfer switches, fuse protection, electronic protection, UPS's, and more. As the company is currently growing internationally in both headcount and sales, this company is in search of natural leaders who will be able to grow with the company and eventually take on management positions.

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting Area Sales managers with operations and administrative tasks
  • Order Processing & Invoicing
  • Customer Service responsibilities including, but not limited to:
    • Creating and disseminating quotes for Area Sales Managers
    • Checking stock availability and inventory levels
    • Managing the administration of customer returns
    • Efficiently/effectively responding to all customer requests
  • Customer profile management
  • Assisting Marketing efforts to increase brand awareness
  • Organize business trips for Sales/Operations teams

The Successful Applicant

Candidates for the Customer Service Representative should possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of customer-service or related roles (preferably within a manufacturing environment)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented & reliable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • IT savvy with experience managing business systems/procedures
  • Knowledge of Spanish or French would be an advantage
