About Our Client
My client is a funded start-up in the customer loyalty space in New York City. They are changing the way merchants retain customers.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing relationships with customers
- Proactively contacting clients to deliver training and improve their use of the product
- Drive growth with existing customers, identify upgrade opportunities as well as generate new business
- Manage multiple cross-product opportunities
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, have an understanding of the retail industry, SaaS experience, experience in account management, customer success, or professional services, excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
