  • Level 1 to low level 3 support
  • Trouble shooting in person and over the phone
  • Providing customer sevice
  • Active directory support
  • Using Service Now ticketing system

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Experience with Windows 9 and up
  • Active Directory experience
  • SCCM experience is a plus
