Job Description

  • Maintain inventory of all office PC, Phones, and blackberries
  • Desktop Support for PC's, printers, Outlook, VPN, Blackberry, and Cisco phone system
  • Mobile device management
  • User administration in AD, access control via AD groups
  • Cisco phone administration
  • Troubleshoot IPC phones
  • Prepare PC for new users, PC imaging with Norton Ghost, VMware Mirage
  • Setup RSA and VPN for users
  • Troubleshoot application connectivity issues and work with vendors to resolve issues
  • Set up and support video and voice conferencing for wide range of users
  • Desired Qualities:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Motivated to help others
  • Must be willing to learn new procedures and follow established standards
  • Thorough understanding of networking and architecture
  • Understanding of trading floor functions

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent in related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of VMWare
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10
  • Knowledge of Dell desktops, HP Printers and configuration
  • Ability to perform all duties with minimal direction
