About Our Client

This company is one of Washington's leading developers of mixed-use space in the metro area. Through careful planning, neighborhood outreach, and creative guidance, this company has a track record of revitalizing neighborhoods and bringing new life to communities. They are currently working on the development of 2 hotels in DC which this individual will be involved with.

Job Description

APM Responsibilities:

  • Assist PM on overall project delivery, including cost, schedule, quality, and contracts
  • Assist with project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives
  • Assist PM with Managing budget, schedule, scope, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects.
  • Assist the PM with the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications and change orders
  • Assist PM to resolves complex construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
  • Reviews status and monitors variances of the construction project database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting

The Successful Applicant

APM Requirements :

  • 3+ years construction experience
  • 2-3 years minimum APM or Project Management experience at a GC or Development Company
  • Bachelors in Construction Management or related field
  • Interest in working for a leading DC Development Company
