Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day digital engagement
  • Develop and define Salesforce system strategy as well as systems requirements
  • Be the company's Salesforce Guru and guide implementation of Salesforce for a global segment of the business
  • Implement change management, communication plans, and deliver digital solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Evalute and introduce new channels and formats

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of experience within professional services or related field
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce as well as digital analytics, SEO and SEM
  • Must be able to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • The ability to execute numerous projects with decisiveness and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and communications skills
