Job Description

  • Manage all digital advertising campaigns, including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Create, proofread, and execute marketing campaigns; assist in creating taglines and copy for marketing campaigns.
  • Incorporate knowledge of DIA Americas' products, life sciences industry, and the needs of various customer segments into digital campaign content.
    • Monitor Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Yahoo! Bing ads and report findings by providing a monthly Executive Summary; provide recommendations to adjust campaigns in response to increase campaign performance.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website traffic.
    • Increase engagement and generate awareness of DIA's key messaging, products and services by pushing marketing content out to DIA Americas' social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Managing employee and volunteer brand advocacy



  • Direct on-site event social media engagement strategy as well as DIA'S Global App strategy.
  • Build and pull marketing lists from a CRM system (Personify) for various campaigns.
  • Exhibit at industry tradeshows/conferences on DIA's behalf to bring awareness of DIA's portfolio and key messaging.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree required, with major in Marketing Advertising or Communications preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing-related field.
  • Must have experience managing full digital marketing scope, including budget and/or channel forecasting, display, content marketing and lead generation.



  • Experience managing paid search campaigns via Google AdWords and Yahoo Bing ads.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and social media management and reporting tools.
  • Must possess strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database (Personify preferred).
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as HTML is preferred.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and strong customer-focused orientation.
  • Ability to interact effectively and appropriately with individuals of various levels, professions, and cultures.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to determine the most efficient way to accomplish a task.
  • Some overnight travel required, including possible international travel.
