About Our Client
Brazilian Financial Services firm
Our client is seeking a Director level Institutional Sales and Relationship Manager to represent the firm interest in New York & US markets. The hire will work with senior members of the business in to manage existing client and prospect new relationships for the platform. The Clients are US Financial Institutions - Banks, Brokers, Asset Managers, etc. The candidate will provide product updates and help to identify new business opportunities.
The candidate will work with product managers at the home office to research peer platforms. This will require basic micro and macro analysis and understanding of the broader markets. The candidate will also work with the home office to set up client visits including due diligence and meeting prep for management.
The candidate will attend relevant local conference and events. General office duties required as well.
The Successful Applicant
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services in a relationship management, client management, and business development. Candidate can come from Banking, Sales, Investor Relations, Corporate Broker and other client-facing functions.
Experience in Equities, FX, Derivatives Sales activities
Candidates must be fluent in Portuguese.
Bachelor degree in Finance or related field.
Academic or work experience in macro research
Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
