About Our Client
My client has been in the nonprofit staffing industry since 1996 and specializes in hiring professionals via executive search, direct hire, temp, temp-to-hire, interim professionals and consulting services to support the talent needs of their clients. With offices in Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York, Newark and Washington D.C., they are looking to expand their DC office.
- Prospect directly to new organizations in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and inquire as to their hiring needs.
- Manage accounts directly and make sure the clients currently engaged with my client are satisfied with the current service they're getting.
- Working witht both candidates and clients alike to ensure continued revenue generation for the team.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of successful recruitment experience
- Hungry, motivated and goal-oriented sales professional
