About Our Client
Exciting opportunity to join a high profile hospitality construction firm in a newly created Director of Project Management role.
The business engages with the elite hotels throughout the US in both ground up and renovation work.
They have continued to enjoy a steady growth phase and are looking for a candidate experienced in Hotel ground up and renovation project management work to lead their team of experienced Project Managers.
As the Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for a team of Project Managers all engaged on both ground up and renovation project work for elite hotels across the East Coast.
The projects range in size, depending on the scope of work, up to $100M.
You will be managing up to 40 projects within your team traveling the length of the East Coast to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
The Successful Applicant
Candidates applying for this exciting newly created Director of Project Management role must have the following in order to be considered:
Experience in both Ground Up and Renovation Hotel Project Management
Experienced in managing multiple Project Managers
Previous experience in managing projects up to $100M
Ability to manage up to 40 projects
Be happy to travel throughout the East Coast
