About Our Client

Our client is a global manufacturing company with a strong portfolio of products and established pipeline. This organization is a part of a multi-billion dollar conglomerate, one of the largest consumers goods organizations globally.

Job Description

  • Responsible to oversee the sales operations for the US business
  • Manage a team of three and having the autonomy to increase additional headcount
  • Develop the promotional plans, budgets and reporting for the business
  • Manage and grow the broker and distribution business channels
  • Develop standard operating procedures to increase processes for the business
  • Work cross functional with the CFO and business committee team developing long term strategic growth plans
  • Lead efforts around new business development, optimization of current accounts and growth plans for the distribution channel
  • Determine the best go to market strategies working closely with management, distribution and broker dealers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business
  • Food Industry experience is a MUST
  • Experience working with Brokers is a MUST
  • Strong profit & loss experience
  • Strong technical skills working with MS Office
