The company has been in business for 20+ years in the healthcare space.
- Manage a team of recruiters
- Work with hiring managers on job descriptions
- Implement sourcing plans
- Work with marketing and PR teams to build relationships with local colleges and utilize social media
- Manage pre-hire background checks and screenings
- Maintain open communication with hiring managers and consult them as needed
- Compliance with federal, states, and city laws throughout the hiring process
- Track and manage goals and metrics for the recruitment team
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years in HR, 5+ years in a corporate recruitment management role
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Healthcare background is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
