About Our Client
International Investment Bank
- Serve as an advisor to customers who contact the bank regarding a billing error or dispute regarding a transaction posted to their credit card account.
- Actively manage a caseload of 100+ cases.
- Keep costumer informed of status and inquiry and next steps.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of credit card processing
- High school diploma or GED
