My client remains the second biggest brand in European white goods market It is the leader brand of U.K. white goods market for years and claimed top position in French free-standing white goods market following its leadership in the Polish white goods market. Additionally, my client has become the fastest growing white goods brand of the German market, the biggest white goods market of Europe, in the last 5 years with a more than 2-fold market growth.
Summary: * Assist customers (retailers, builders, & end users) with any issue or perceived issue such as; Installation, Operation, Quality, Service, and Parts. * Will work closely with retailers and service providers when a service repair or exchange is needed. * Will manage service providers completing warranty repairs to ensure repairs are completed properly and submitted for payment. * Will be responsible for recruiting and growing the service provider network in the given territory and work closely with our sales department for strategizing geographical needs for service coverage. Description/Tasks: * Warranty Management: Reviews warranty submissions for approval of payment * Return Requests: Reviews each request independently to determine if a unit should be repaired or replaced. * Technical Assistance: Will provide technical support by phone/email to technicians as needed * Recruiting of Providers: Will be responsible for obtaining service providers to become authorized on our product which will include contract negotiations. * Parts Assistance: Will provide assistance to service providers in obtaining part numbers by navigating schematics and bill of materials. * Escalations: will address escalated cases from our call center in regards to an end user's complaint in their territory that cannot be solved through the call center. * Reports to: * National Service Manager
The Successful Applicant
Requirements: * 7 years or more experience in appliance repair management (preference to distribution or manufacturer level management) * EPA certified for refrigeration as required by 40CR part 82 subpart F * Efficient in Microsoft Office to include; Outlook, Excel, and Word. * Valid Driver's License * 20-30% Travel, both domestic and internationally * Preference to: * SAP experience & OSHA certification(s) - not required
