Job Description

  • Manage my client's online presence across Amazon and all other eComm platforms, including taking primary responsibility for assortment, product communication and pricing.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing manager to optimize brand execution on the web.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure that my client is maximizing all sales opportunities across current and new retailer eComm channels and work with trade marketing manager to execute retailer digital marketing programs to deliver sales results
  • Analyzes historical sales data, current marketing plans, POS trends, reviews and other data to identify volume potential by SKU and create digital platform programs to drive sales increases.
  • Publish weekly POS reports to share with internal team and provide POS highlights to marketing and online retail partners.
  • Work closely with sales and inventory planner to advise on sales of new items, changes in current sales trends, ect.
  • Conduct POS and/or business deep dives when needed to better understand the trend of the business, why item is selling or not.
  • Use analysis and reports to work with accounts to resolve stock issues and develop strategies for underperforming programs.
  • Carry out annual sales review (post mortem) to identify investment opportunities and other analytics when needed, such as trade spend analysis, market share reports, lift results, competitive trends, etc.
  • Conduct weekly audits of site.
  • Spot check site navigation to ensure product is navigated to proper class.
  • Proactively monitor ASIN coding status.
  • Work with accounts to ensure assets go live on a timely basis and to build orders in conjunction with marketing promotions.
  • Monitor flow of incoming orders versus weekly sales forecasts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of ecommerce experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM), strategy and execution.
  • The ideal candidate will have a high performance background and the strong ability to lead in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to handle multitude of projects, data sources, and audiences.
  • Ability to compile the data and effectively communicate the insights across the organization.
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to see the bigger picture while looking at the details of item-level performance.
  • Excellent written/verbal, presentation, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required.
