About Our Client

The Entry Level Inside Sales Representative opportunity is with an advanced technology company that provides organic materials for scientific research and high technology manufacturing.

Job Description

  • Maintain customer contact via phone and email to deliver on customer needs
  • Receive and review customer purchase orders and provide customer quotes
  • Understand customer needs and business to provide product recommendations
  • Input sales orders and quotes into CRM system and prioritize sales orders
  • Review customer contracts to ensure both parties are mutually beneficial
  • Understand customer complaints and problems and find a creative solution to meet customer needs
  • Drive sales growth with inbound orders and leads, and outbound calls to develop new business

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Creative outside the box thinker
  • Persuasive personality and ability to overcome and handle objections
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present to both small and large groups
  • Strong mathematical skills and understanding of chemicals
  • Career oriented with hunger to grow one's career
